I styled this contemporary condo with clean and simple settlement furnishings to appeal to this hipster bachelor. He wanted fun, modern furnishings to entertain so I created two sitting areas. One with modern upholstered furniture and an abstract area rug, and the other with leather cubes and a glass cocktail table for more casual conversations at a party.
